Honda Aviator is another 110cc scooter in the league of stylish scooters in India.  The new Aviator comes in two variants Deluxe and Standard. Deluxe version comes with Disc Break in front and is slightly thinner in Width. Honda Eco Technology increases the mileage by reducing the friction in engine. Under seat Storage space is of 20 litres which is enough for a full sized helmet. Alloy wheels with the combination of Telescopic suspension provide greater stability and smoother handling of vehicle. Front tyre rim is larger than rear tyre by 2 inches. Design and Dimensions

Aviator has a height of 1162mm, width of 697mm, and length of 1802mm. Seat is 790mm high. Ground Clearance and wheelbase are 145mm and 1256mm respectively. Metal body ensures durability  even on rough Indian roads.  Anti-theft key shutter is provided so that locking becomes more secure and safe. There is 20 litre storage space under the seat and if that not enough there is a optional inner box in front. Handles are little high making Sitting posture more comfortable for daily commuters.  Honda Aviator is loaded 6 litre fuel tank. Kerb Weigh of Aviator is 109 kg.

Engine

Honda Aviator is fitted with 4 stroke 109.2cc air cooled SI engine which churns out 8 bhp of power @ 7000 rpm. Aviator produces maximum torque of 8.77 Nm at  5500 rpm. The Viscous Air Filter reduces the need of frequent maintenance and makes it run smoother and healthier longer periods. Kick and Electric Start both are present. Compression ratio of engine is 9.5:1.

Transmission

Aviator is mated with V-Matic automatic transmission which ensures the efficient transmission of power and torque through engine and makes it run smoother and silent.

Breaks and Tyres

Size of front tyre is 90/90-12 and front rim is 12 inch. Rear tyre is 90/90-10 and rim size is 10 inch. To enhance the breaking power combined breaking system is provided in rear break which enables efficient combined breaking and less stopping time of vehicle.
190mm disk is provided in deluxe variant and 130mm drum is provided in standard variant in front. Rear break is 130mm drum type with combines breaking system.

Suspension and Frame

Aviator comes with under bone type frame that holds engine and other parts efficiently. Front suspension is telescopic and rear suspension is of hydraulic type with loaded spring.
